Session Description

Everyone talks about the importance of innovation, but what do we really mean by the term, and how do we realise its potential in our businesses? This talk will look at how we can harness the value of innovation, avoid some common pitfalls, build innovation into our strategies and plans, and create an environment in our businesses where innovation can thrive.
